Just a quick email to inform you of how appreciative I am of your service team. This afternoon, my boat experienced mechanical issues and consequently i (along with my guests) were stranded. With a call to Crowe, Fred Bryant and Dustin Simon arrived to assist and service the problem. They were extremely knowledge and courteous. Quickly they diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part delivered and we were on our way within no time.
My guests and I thank you for your outstanding customer service! Ever since I purchased my boat from you 3 years ago, you never have disappointed me.
We can not say enough about the excellent experience we had with Crowe Marina starting the minute I met Brian at the ATL Boat Show.
I called Crowe Marina after the show and met John.
He is the consummate professional sales man, not in a hurry, asking the right questions, not selling but listening. He did many things for us on a used boat that really impressed us. He replaced the prop, the radio, the fuel line, took off the old numbers, and a full tank of gas as well as a gallon of oil. And 100 hour maintenance.
And Fred was just as gracious and made us feel like we were the most important people in the room. He spent a lot of time going over every part of the boat at the shop as well on the water. He noticed the trim gauge was bad and took it back to the shop and replaced it! He could have overlooked it and delivered it to us but he didn't. That speaks volumes about him and his company.
If you all do this for the used boat buyer, it must be fantastic as well for the new boat buyer. Your staff is fantastic and I will be sure to tell everyone I discuss boats with about the experience we had with Crowe Marina. Unparalleled. We enjoyed meeting Brian at the shop again and his mother who was very very helpful with all the paper work and advice.

I'm just sending a note to let you know that I feel Crowe Marine has taken over as the best marine operation with which I have ever dealt. I have owned 14 boats in my life, 11 of them as an adult. I have dealt with many marine dealerships and service operations. In my long stay in Michigan I had a long-term relationship with a particular operation with which I remained very loyal because of their outstanding sales AND service treatment. You demonstrate the same and even better attention to me from both aspects. I also note that I am not alone in this opinion. Many of my friends and acquaintances feel that you are an outstanding dealership. It makes me very comfortable recommending that people come and see you; something I take very seriously.
Because of this high opinion of Crowe Marine, I have worked gratis at the Atlanta Boat Show with you for the past two years. I wouldn't do this if I weren't convinced of your sincerity about the treatment of customers prior, at, and following the sale of your products. Our intention was to purchase (Tom Glavine's) one-year old wakeboard boat. George asked us to come in and talk to Brian about comparing new boat prices to used boat prices. Brian listed the options that we were looking for in a boat and budda-bang-budda-boom, we were purchasing a new wakeboard boat. The process was very professional and painless. All of the staff at Crowe knows their products; they were able to understand our boating needs and the follow-up maintenance has been impeccable. We initially forgot to order a bimini top and a week later it had been ordered and installed. My 14-year-old son is a boating and wakeboarding fanatic. He has been buying all of his wakeboarding equipment from these folks. Debbie and I would like to thank the entire Crowe staff for its professionalism and customer care attitude. We enjoy the folks so much at Crowe that a month later we purchased a Wave Runner from Charlie with the same satisfaction.

We were in the process of building our house at Reynolds Plantation and were to the point of needing to purchase our new boat. We had looked at the other Marina's in the area and settled on Crowe due to friendliness, lack of high pressure sales and quality of their product line. After numerous visits over the winter we finally decided on a boat and made the purchase.
Crowe Marine was holding our boat for us to deliver when we requested it in the spring. We requested delivery and were trained in the operation of the craft until we were comfortable with it.
After being out on our new boat about three times, we realized we had made a mistake in purchasing a boat substantially smaller than what we really needed. We were sure that selling or trading the smaller boat in for a larger one would be a financial nightmare. That said, we went back to Crowe Marine and explained our dilemma. The entire family, Ms. Julie, Bill, and Brian Crowe, were extremely understanding and sympathetic to our situation. They all worked with us as well as Charlie Brown to help us determine what other boat would actually satisfy our needs.
We were taken on multiple test rides in different sizes and models to nail down the perfect choice. Once that was determined, the identification of what type engine would meet our boating needs was discussed. You'd think this would be a simple task, get the big one, but Brian Crowe identified the pluses and minus in larger and smaller engines and fit us with exactly what we needed.
The Crowe family also worked with us to help sell our first boat. They approached this task as though it was a normal sale for them but they were doing it for us. Our first boat was positioned in the showroom right in the middle of the other new boats they were promoting.
I've neglected to mention Their Service Department. Timely, competent, & Professional, no more need be said.
This whole experience could have been disastrous in many ways but the Crowe Marine family did not allow that to happen. From this reading we can only impart two thoughts, if you're not buying a boat from Crowe Marine you are making a mistake and secondly, we wish Crowe Marine sold cars!
