1996-Present - A Leap of Faith

Crowe Marine Survived the 1970's poor economic times and grew the business at their East Point, Georgia location. But, in 1996 they made a brave decision to pick up and move their successful business to the Lake Oconee area. Bill and his family had spent many weekends enjoying beautiful Lake Oconee. So after much discussion and everybody's commitment to move, Bill moved the business to it's current location in February 1996. When Crowe Marine opened it's doors in 1996, there were not a lot of neighbors on Highway 44. But, today you can see the rapid growth the Lake Oconee area has had. Bill, Julie and Brian have never looked back on their decision to move and enjoy their new home. If you drive by today, you will see a family friendly business with the largest selection of boats at Lake Oconee.

1996	Crowe Marine, Inc. opened their doors at 1010 Lake Oconee Parkway.
1998	Began selling Chaparral Boats (Made in Georgia)
1999	Started selling Ski Nautiques by Correct Craft.
2003	Jackson Crowe, Fourth Generation, was born.
2005	Began a relationship with Bennington and Sedona Pontoons after Harris Flotebote company was bought out.
2006	Celebrated 10 years at the Lake Oconee Location!
2006	Completed Marine Industry Dealer Certification, becoming Lake Oconee's Only Certified Dealer
2006	Ranked #77 at Boating Industry Magazine's Top 100 Dealer Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada
2007	Awarded "Editors Pick" by Matt Gruhn, Editor for Boating Industry Magazine, Out of Top 100 Marine Dealers Nationwide
2007	Ranked #32 at Boating Industry Magazine's Top 100 Dealer Awards Ceremony in Las Vegas - Among the Nation's Top 100 Dealers for the 2nd Year in a Row!
